Further to our news article published in February 2024, our clients appointed Principal Contractor, Orientrose Contracts, and groundworks contractor C J Lynch & Sons, have been on site for a period of 8 weeks and their works are reaching an advanced stage now, with foundations, service ducts and drainage now fully installed, fencing and finishes underway, changing places facilities starting to appear, and our clients glazed restaurant extension now advancing very quickly with exterior cladding and floor finishes all in place.
Design support by Inspired, has continued throughout the development term to date, including attendance at site meetings to assist with the technicalities of construction, support for the statutory consenting process using Local Authority Planners and an approved inspector.
