We delivered the change of use of a former hotel into specialist healthcare flats, creating six new homes for young adults with medical challenges. Our bespoke design approach enabled residents and their support teams to benefit from the security of private, lifetime homes with the full range of living support required.

Our services included consultation with residents’ families and healthcare providers, development of concept and implementation design, scheduling, cost planning, tender issue and negotiation, contract administration, and full Project Management through to handover and occupation.
