Our clients ‘clean and fault free’ philosophy seeks to ensure that new guests move into residential accommodation presenting quality levels that would exceed their expectations. In a small-scale arrangement, one might expect this to be a simple task, you would be wrong, but when the accommodation numbers stretch into the multiple thousands of units, the task could be overwhelming and hugely damaging to reputations, and to business overall.

Our client has tackled their process of efficient and effective delivery head on, and providing their team with the correct tools and facilities to perform they can also manage mindset, and deliver on expectations time after time in a heavily critiqued industry, where social media earns instant reaction.

Our in-house design and management team have assisted our clients throughout their journey of discovery, by providing designs, affording statutory consents, arranging contractors and managing works often during live holiday seasons. Our clients fifth ‘village cleaning Hub’ has been managed by our team throughout the term of the ongoing Covid19 pandemic, and has been delivered successfully to our client in good time for them to commence the process of re-opening.
