We’re thrilled to share an update on our client’s Eco Apartment project at Whalesborough Resort & Spa in Bude, the construction work is progressing smoothly, with several key milestones already achieved:
Steel Frame Completed: The structural framework is now in place, providing a solid foundation for this innovative development.
Roof Sheeting Installed: The roof is fully covered, ensuring the building is well-protected as work continues.
Floors Constructed: All three floor levels are now cast and curing, marking another significant step forward.
With these major elements finalized, the building enclosure phase is now underway and moving at a swift pace. This includes closing in the structure to create a weather-tight environment, paving the way for interior work to commence early in January 2025.
