Significant progress continues across the main Hotel building, where air conditioning and electrical installations are advancing on all floors. Structural timber and steel strengthening works are also well underway, ensuring the building’s long-term integrity. Ceiling and wall repairs, along with the installation of new internal partitions, have now commenced as part of the phased construction programme. This approach will see the Hotel transform gradually, floor by floor.
At the rear courtyard, preparations for the new Garden Rooms are progressing steadily. Groundworks are nearing completion, with excavation works almost finished. The next phase will include the installation of new drainage systems, followed by the construction of the new slab foundation — setting the stage for this exciting addition to the Hotel’s accommodation offering.
