Inspired are working with their clients at a luxury spa resort in Cornwall, to oversee the construction of a suite of developments, commencing with the erection of an Eco Apartment block; comprising two blocks containing 22 apartment dwellings which shall be occupied on a short term rental (holiday) basis through their site management partners at Landal Green parks.
Design coordination has taken place within our clients appointed design team, and a D&B contract has been placed with Callingtons Construction Limited, whom are on site and progressing well. Foundations are in place, drainage connections are underway, and the steel frame forming the skeletal structure of the building will be arriving later in the month.
Project Management, QS and CA services are appointed to Inspired and the works are progressing smoothly, on budget and on program.
