Inspired were appointed by our client to assist with the management to completion of a luxury holiday lodge development at a Cove Communities holiday park located above the Cornish village of Portreath, near Redruth.
This development of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom open market holiday homes on an established high quality holiday park, with family entertainment, restaurant dining, and administration services all on hand, is nearing completion with quality assurance inspections currently underway.
Our technical surveying team are carrying out regular site meetings to ensure swift progress in a very tight timeline using SIPS construction methodology, with the procurement and delivery of client direct Fixtures and Fittings to ensure that the clients interior design themes are fully implemented and to the highest standards. Design Support has been provided by Inspired to assist with the technicalities of construction, to secure statutory consents using the Approved Inspectorate system, and to support essential legal conveyancing processes – the first phase of units will be ready for hand over to new owners at the end of April 2022.
