Justin Dover MRICS GIFireE MPTS
Managing Director
Justin is the Founder and Managing Director of Inspired Partnership Ltd, a Chartered Building Control Surveyor (MRICS), Fire Engineer (GIFireE) and Party Wall Surveyor (MPTS). With 36 years’ experience across public and private sectors, he specialises in statutory compliance, construction oversight, commercial surveying and expert witness work.
Becki Dover
Office & Finance Manager
Becki joined the practice in 2013 and is now the Office and Finance Manager. She oversees the smooth running of the office, manages the company’s finances, and provides support across all departments.
Architectural Team
Chris Ellerton RIBA
Director of Architecture
Chris is a qualified Architect with experience on high-profile projects in the UK and abroad, including visitor attractions, historic buildings, and private residences. Since 2000, he has led projects from inception to completion, coordinating design teams, clients, and consultants. Notable projects include Blackpool Tower, County Hall London, and the first Legoland Discovery Centre in Berlin.
Daron Stockham
Senior Architectural Technician
Daron is an experienced architectural technician with over 30 years in the construction industry. He has expertise in education, housing, commercial, and conservation projects, using 3D and BIM skills to visualise designs and ensure efficient delivery.
Graham Braid ACIAT
Architectural Technician
Graham joined Inspired Partnership in July 2023 and has over 15 years’ construction experience. An Associate Member of CIAT, he specialises in residential, rural, and commercial projects, managing designs from concept to completion using 2D and 3D CAD/BIM.
Andrew Scott
Architectural Technician
Andrew is the newest member of our team, joining as an Architectural Technician. He supports projects across all stages of design and construction, contributing technical expertise and attention to detail to help deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Charlie King
Assistant Architectural Technician
Charlie joined our team as an Assistant Architectural Technician after completing a BA (Hons) in Architecture. He is gaining practical experience across all stages of design and construction, developing his skills and contributing to the delivery of our projects.
Commercial Team
Nicola Drew
Director of Commercial Services (QS & PM)
Nicola joined Inspired Partnership in May 2024 and brings 19 years of construction industry experience across public and private sectors. She leads the commercial aspects of projects, managing budgets, contracts, and project delivery. Nicola’s expertise spans residential, commercial, leisure, health, and education projects, ensuring successful outcomes from concept to completion.
Lauren Crossley
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Lauren is the newest member of our team, joining the commercial department in November 2025. She has over four years’ experience as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, across Client and Contractor roles, skilled in Bluebeam Revu and Bill of Quantity production.
CDM Team
Mark Gent IMaPS
Director of Safety
Mark has been with Inspired Partnership since 2015, providing expert guidance on Health and Safety and CDM 2015 Regulations. Drawing on his military background, he advises clients, designers, and contractors on risk management, site audits, and project compliance.
