Project Detail
Our in-house domestic survey team attended the property accompanied by our client and sales agents, to take a brief and to undertake a full measured survey of the property. Using this information our skilled design team first prepared a detailed layout plan and a 3D model of the existing property, and with our clients clear and concise brief in hand to explain their exacting requirements, we set about the task of re-configuring the layout adding extensions, together some minor interior re-ordering of daytime and sleeping we prepared 3D imagery and animations, to enable our clients to visualise their proposals and ultimately to determine whether or not, the property in its altered arrangement would suit their future needs and desires.
With drawings signed off by our clients, we prepared and submitted an application to enforcement authorities with a view to determining necessary consents.
