Inspired Partnership Ltd are providing Architectural, QS, Contract Administration and CDM Services. The project comprises of the full design and construction of a traditionally built two-storey house, with separate garage and incorporated sustainable heating, ventilating and lighting systems.
After successful completion of the design, construction commenced in the summer of 2019 with Wrencon Ltd as the Main Contractor. The value of the finished property is estimated at £450,000, and will be completed by April 2020.
