Project brief
Inspired Partnership Ltd were appointed to provide CDM advice and to assist the Principal Designer to fulful their duties, as required by the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, on the development of a new lake and 40 bases at a holiday park in Flamborough, East Yorkshire.
Detail
Inspired Partnership Ltd’s role included preparation of the Pre-Construction Information Pack, and checking and agreeing the Principal Contractors Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan for the works.
Our duties also involved monitoring the CDM requirements and procedures during the project, and reviewing and assisting the Principal Contractor to compile the Project Health and Safety File for the client.
