Project brief

Following a fire event on Christmas Day 2022, which instantly closed our client’s hotel, Inspired were appointed to assist with recovery and refurbishment works. The recovery works were designed and scheduled in January with construction works commencing with the appointed Principal Contractor on site in March.

Detail

Practical Completion was achieved seven days ahead of programme and on budget, allowing the hotel to reopen for the 2023 summer season. Clear communication, efficient cost control, and close collaboration with insurers ensured a smooth recovery and high-quality finish.
