Our client requested a locally influenced design offering an enhancement of all existing site facilities.

Detail

It including interior and exterior pool with shading, independent gym, sauna and wellbeing spa with internal and exterior treatment offers, an upscaling of the parks food offer including multiple outlets with interchangeable menus, interior and exterior seating options all integrated within the parks pre-existing movement network.

This option would minimise impact increasing access to compliance. It would be phased allowing implementation proportional with residential uplift, and it would be accessible & attractive to the community during and out of primary trading seasons.
