Detail

Inspired Partnership were appointed to deliver the full refurbishment of an existing Licensed Betting Office for William Hill in Cardiff. The works required a complete strip-out of the existing shop interior, followed by the installation of a modernised layout fully aligned with the client’s standardised design requirements.

Inspired's role encompassed design development, securing statutory consents, and the coordination of both the main contractor and the client’s direct suppliers. With a short programme, the team implemented careful planning, efficient procurement management and robust quality control to ensure smooth and continuous progress throughout the project.

Despite the compressed timeline, Inspired successfully delivered the refurbishment to the required standard, within budget, and in full accordance with the client’s programme expectations.
