Inspired Partnership Ltd provided Quantity Surveyor and CDM services for the Pier House Hotel in Charlestown, Cornwall.
The project consisted of the alterations and refurbishment of an existing listed restaurant/pub/hotel, and the quayside, including structural alterations, a new large bar, new services and a full fit out.
The project was completed in March of 2018.
