Inspired Partnership Ltd were appointed recently to provide their client with a Dilapidation survey for their retail premises in Minehead, Somerset, prior to their lease ending with their tenant.

Detail

A Dilapidation Survey is performed by an independent surveyor on behalf of the landlord or property manager to assess the condition of a commercial property.

The survey will subsequently provide a detailed report of the works required to restore the property back to its original condition prior to tenancy
