Project brief

This ongoing project at the Butlins Holiday Resort in Minehead, Somerset, includes the refurbishment of existing team accommodation, Starfish Quay. The project is due to completed in 2020. Inspired Partnership Ltd are providing Architectural Services with Project Management/Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer roles.

Detail

The project involves the installation of new windows, complete refurbishment inside and outside, new flooring, new fixtures and fittings including new sofas, beds, curtains, blinds and pictures.

This project is being undertaken whilst the resort is open which requires close management and procedures.
