Refurbishment and upgrade work to a domestic property in Newbury has achieved practical completion this week, ready to provide supported living accommodation for one resident with special needs and 24-hour support team.

Inspired have provided project management, quantity surveyor, contract administration and CDM services during pre and post stages of the project, ensuring the final product was completed to a high standard and met the unique special needs of its intended resident.  This project required a focused approach during the initial design stage where the stakeholders responsible for the care of the intended resident were involved in this process along with the project delivery team to ascertain the intended residents detailed specific requirements so that their needs could be reflected in the final design.

This project has been successfully completed within the allocated budget and the Stakeholders are delighted with the finished product.
