Inspired have successfully seen one more supported living accommodation refurbishment to completion in the Gosport area. This refurbishment is to provide a 24-hour supported adult care property on behalf of our client, Purpose Social Homes Ltd, who specialise in providing this type of accommodation.
Performing the roles of Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Technical Support, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Services, the property needed to meet specific and exacting standards as defined by our developer client, the Housing Association, Occupational Therapists, Carers and the resident’s care and living requirements and required us to work closely with all these parties to ensure all requirements were included within the design of each property.
Inspired are currently working with Purpose Social Homes on a number of similar properties to assist them in providing further specific specialist supported homes that integrate the care of persons requiring assisted & supported living into communities, both in the South West and around the UK.
