Works commenced on the replacement of roof covering’s at our clients residential halls complex, during the summer of 2020. Our clients appointed Principal Contractors, Westlake Roofing and Scaffolding, are progressing well with the main body of the project now displaying a water-tight enclosure on the east wing and a large proportion of the buildings southern link. This week our Senior Architect’s, Julia Humphries, inspection of the site has reported that the works are achieving a very good standard of compliance and quality.
Inspired were instructed by our clients in 2020 to provide Architectural services for Planning and Building Regulations statutory processes, Quantity Surveyor, Principal Designer, Contract Administrator and CDM Co-ordinator services enabling a tight control over design compliance, safety, cost, contract matters, and the maintenance of positive working relationships. Works are proceeding well.
