Inspired were appointed by our clients in 2020 to assist with the preparation of a detailed fitting out design package of drawings, which would enable their negotiated contractors to construct a dark-bar to facilitate table- service associated with Covid-19 operational requirements, together with a suite of toilet facilities – all to support a pre-existing temporary 1500-seater concert venue at one of their entertainment holidays sites in the UK.
Our Design Team provided a full and detailed construction drawing package which was delivered to the client and their contractors in a timely manner for costing, allowing the client to negotiate a build contract. Inspired assisted the build phase with technical design matters supporting the progression of the works in a tight timeframe, the works were completed for use before the summer season of 2021 on time and on budget. Subsequent inspections of the space in operation have reported a high-quality design specification and implementation which is robust and operationally efficient – a credit to our clients demanding regime of high footfall operating parameters.
