Located within our client's resort in Bude, the Eco Apartment Building is a striking 22-apartment sustainable development that combines contemporary design with high-quality finishes and strong environmental credentials.

Detail

Our team was appointed during the construction phase to provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, and CDM Principal Designer services, supporting the successful delivery of the development through to completion.

Working closely with the client and project team, we helped drive quality, manage costs, and ensure the project met its objectives. The completed development features a contemporary external façade with elegant cladding, bespoke kitchen installations, premium interior finishes, and a fully integrated lift system, creating comfortable and high-quality living spaces for residents and guests.
