Project brief

Inspired was appointed to provide Principal Designer (CDM), Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying and Project Management services for the delivery of three bespoke luxury lodges. The lodges were developed as dedicated sales and marketing suites to support the launch of a proposed 68-unit leisure development.

Detail

Positioned adjacent to the future development site, the lodges were designed to showcase the quality, design and specification of the wider scheme, providing prospective purchasers with a first-hand experience of the accommodation on offer. As the first completed elements of the development, the units play a key role in supporting sales and marketing activities while helping to bring the vision for the project to life. Inspired managed the project from inception through to successful completion, ensuring the lodges were delivered to programme, budget and quality requirements.
