Project brief

This project involved the conversion of the Sun & Moon pub on the Butlins Resort in Minehead, into the Beachcomber Inn. Inspired Partnership Ltd provided Architectural and Interior Design, along with the roles of Project Manager/Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer.

Detail

This project began with the demolition of an existing conservatory structure to the front elevation of the Sun and Moon Pub situated on their Minehead resort.

A new extension was designed by Inspired Partnership Ltd to replace the demolished conservatory and a refurbishment carried out to the front of house area; including a new large bar and carvery serving area.

We provided Architectural and Interior Design, along with the roles of Project Manager/Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer.
