Project brief

Inspired Partnership were appointed to lead on the construction of a new kitchen and restaurant venue with a takeaway serving area, within the heart of a very busy leisure facility; providing Architectural and Interior Design, along with fulfilling the roles of Project Manager/Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer.

Detail

This project consisted of stripping out an existing food venue to allow for a new, modernised kitchen and restaurant venue with an adjoining takeaway serving area.

The project involved structural and major services alterations, which were all required to be undertaken whilst the resort was in full use. Significant management of Health & Safety and operational procedures were therefore vital to ensure the safety of guests, staff and the construction team.

This project was delivered on time with an overall construction period of 11 weeks, and within budget.
