Project brief

Inspired provided Architectural and CDM Principal Designer services. The project was delivered over two phases, with the ground and first floors completed first, followed by the second and third floors, handed over ready to welcome students in September 2024.

Detail

Refurbishment works were successfully completed across the ground to third floors in B Block teaching. The project delivered a comprehensive upgrade, including replacement windows, installation of ceiling grids, completion of M&E with a new VRF system, latexed floors, and full redecoration.

This was a large scope of works for the school’s summer holiday period, and the consultant and contractor team worked collaboratively with the school to ensure that everything was ready before the commencement of the new academic year in September.
