Project brief

This project consisted of six holiday let cottages within our client’s Estate in Wiltshire, refurbished to provide new pieces of luxury overnight accommodation.

Detail

The new luxury cottages, positioned in prominent locations within the estate are part of a new venture by our client to provide exclusive accommodation set within the confines of the estate, and with direct access to their nationally significant heritage assets. The first phase of refurbishments were completed in early 2021, with the final cottage in a second phase completed in August 2021.

Inspired performed the roles of Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Project Management and CDM/Principal Designer, with an exceptional standard of finish delivered on budget and on programme.
