Project brief
Inspired Partnership Ltd were appointed in late 2017 to provide their client, Futures for Somerset ltd, with an elemental condition report at a school premises and grounds in Somerset.
Detail
The purpose of the report was to record the detailed condition of Windows and Exterior Claddings forming a part of premises, found by our surveyor on the date of the inspection, and to advise regarding maintenance/repair priorities and associated high level costs to support CIF Bids for R&M works.
