Project brief
Inspired Partnership Ltd were appointed in late 2017 to provide their client with a block condition report at a school premises and grounds in Taunton, Somerset.
Detail
The purpose of the report would be to record the condition of specific parts forming the envelope of Block A, which forms a part of the Richard Huish College estate of premises, as found by our surveyor on the date of the inspection, and to advise regarding maintenance/repair priorities and associated high level costs to support CIF bids for R&M works.
