This project involved the full design of a new two-storey, four-bedroom dwelling with a separate garage.

Detail

Thoughtfully incorporating sustainable heating, ventilation, lighting systems and a striking full-height window on the western-facing rear elevation floods the interior with warm afternoon light, creating a bright, inviting living environment while framing views of the surrounding landscape.

Inspired undertook the joint roles of Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator, and CDM Principal Designer, ensuring seamless coordination across design, safety, cost, and contract management. This integrated approach allowed for meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a home that combines contemporary elegance, energy efficiency, and practical modern living.
