Inspired Partnership Ltd were appointed in November 2020, to assist our client with a strategic re-configuring and enhancement of their home in a quiet West Somerset Village on the edge of the Exmoor National Park.
Our client joined us with a newly purchased property, and a desire to reconsider primary elements so that it might function more suitably to accommodate their wishes for a family home, our client provided a clear and concise brief, and following a measured survey our in-house design team duly constructed a 3D model and set about the task of developing a new proposal. Our use of 3D imagery and animations enabled our clients to visualise their proposals and ultimately to determine whether the property in its adapted arrangement would in fact better suit their future needs. Following periods of detailed review, and with drawings signed off – we prepared and submitted applications for householder planning consent – gaining an updated consent in January 2021.
