Further to our news update in April 2023 relating to the implementation of our client’s residential lodge development in Nottinghamshire, our Technical Team has recently visited the site to review progress of the current development and we are pleased to announce three further bases now in place with two luxury lodges placed awaiting skirts, steps and decking’s which shall be placed over the coming days, these units are currently available for open market sale.
Whilst on site meeting with our client, opportunity was taken to commence planning a further enlargement of the park adding 40 lodges in a previously un-developed parcel of land with beautiful views of over the rolling midlands landscape, this proposal is commencing RIBA stage 2 concept design phase, for delivery to our clients’ agents, project managers, and QS at Lavington’s LLP.
